I’ve worked as a spiritual and intuitive guide since 1996, as well as being a coach, certified in a diverse range of therapies.

Over the years I’ve cultivated a down-to-earth, empowering coaching style that puts the client firmly in charge of their own destiny. I love working with creatives, leaders, and visionaries.

What’s an Intuitive Energy Review?

This 1:1 phone call is a chance for you to take stock, and get a ‘birds-eye view’ on your life. It’s perfect if you’re at a crossroads and gearing up to make key choices. It’s also a good way to reflect on the energies underneath your current circumstances (good or bad), and how your energies and behaviours can be adapted to create the life you really want.

I lead with my intuitive insights and you can choose which areas of life you’d like me to focus on. 

My insights come from ‘Spirit’ and you can view this however you wish. You could see this as a core part of yourself that can be accessed for answers, alignment and healing. Or a supportive force such as guides, angels or ancestors.
