I help empathic changemakers to express their needs and boundaries, do less of what drains them, and give more to what they’re building: a creative project, a business or a calling.
I’ve worked as a spiritual and intuitive guide since 1996, as well as being a coach, certified in a diverse range of therapies.
Intuitive gifts are present on both sides of my family, and my impulse to guide people through change first began as a teenager.
Over the years I’ve cultivated a down-to-earth, empowering coaching style that puts you firmly in charge of your own destiny.
Energy is the Strategy
There’s no shortage of strategies, formulas and five-step plans. In my experience, most of them fail for the same reason: they’re built on a version of you that’s tired, second-guessing or trying to please everyone.
Energy is everything, and yours is one-of-a-kind. I tune in to it and tell you what I sense. When it’s right, the strategy has momentum. When it isn’t, even a perfect plan feels like hard work, or leads you to build things that suit everyone but you.
I also look at where you are in relation to what you’re trying to attract and manifest. When the energy is right, you’ll feel in motion, and things can feel inevitable rather than insurmountable.
You’re a conduit for great ideas, expressions and manifestations, and our work is about getting out of your own way so they can move through you. Once you let yourself show up as a divine work in progress, your energy flows more freely, and everything falls into place.
