1. About these terms
1.1 These terms apply when you use my website or book any of my services online. By booking or paying, you agree to them. I am David Thomas Wright, trading under my own name from Murieston Terrace, Edinburgh, EH11 2LH, United Kingdom. You can contact me at davidthomaswright@hotmail.co.uk
1.2 Some services, such as the Monthly Retainer and Six-Month Coaching, are covered by a written coaching agreement that we both sign. Where you have signed an agreement with me, it applies to that service, and if it conflicts with these terms, the agreement comes first.
1.3 You must be 18 or over to book my services.
2. What I offer
2.1 The services on my website are:
a single Spiritual Reset: a 60-minute Spirit-Led coaching dialogue
the Spiritual Reset Series: three or four Spiritual Resets, about a fortnight apart
Re-Align and Re-Fuel: ongoing Spirit-Led coaching over four to eight weeks
Spiritual Audio Readings, including the Deluxe package
other arrangements offered by agreement
2.2 What each service includes is set out on its page on my website when you book. That description forms part of your booking.
3. What my services are, and aren’t
3.1 Coaching and intuitive guidance. My services are Spirit-Led coaching and intuitive guidance. The guidance comes from my intuition and from Spirit, which you can view however you wish. It is offered as insight into patterns, energy and possibilities, for your personal reflection and growth, not as fact.
3.2 No guarantees. Forecasts are guidance, not certain predictions. I can’t promise any particular outcome, event, timing, job, relationship or financial result.
3.3 Intuitive guidance is provided for entertainment purposes only.
3.4 Not therapy. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace it. It does not diagnose, prevent, cure or treat any mental disorder or medical condition. If you are under the care of a mental health professional, I recommend you tell them about our work.
3.5 No professional advice. I don’t give legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Please seek independent advice from a qualified professional when you need it.
3.6 Your responsibility. You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, choices, actions and results. I am not liable for any action you take or don’t take, or for any direct or indirect result of our work together.
3.7 Not an emergency service. If you need urgent medical, mental health or other emergency help, please contact the appropriate emergency or health service.
4. Booking and calendars
4.1 I offer appointments through two calendars. The Advance Calendar opens five days ahead. The Priority Access calendar offers earlier appointments, usually within 48 to 72 hours, and longer sessions. Sessions are held by audio call (mobile, WhatsApp Audio, FaceTime Audio)
4.2 A booking is confirmed when I have received payment and sent you confirmation.
4.3 Same-day appointments are sometimes possible on the Priority Access calendar, but they are not guaranteed.
4.4 I will email you if I need to move an appointment. If you can’t make the new time, I will offer another or refund the session.
5. Prices and payment
5.1 Prices are shown in pounds sterling on each service page.
5.2 You pay when you book, in full, through PayPal, Squarespace Payments or Klarna. I don’t offer other payment plans at the moment.
5.3 The price of a service doesn’t change after you have booked it.
6. Moving, cancelling and refunds
6.1 Your right to cancel. If you are an individual buying for personal purposes, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of making it, without giving a reason.
6.2 Starting within the 14 days. If you book a session or programme that starts within those 14 days, you are asking me to start work. If you then cancel, you pay for what I have provided up to the point you tell me, and I refund the rest. For Re-Align and Re-Fuel, I work this out by comparing the minutes used, including your 90-minute opening session, with the full programme of 270 minutes. For the Spiritual Reset Series, I compare the sessions used with the sessions you bought. Once I have fully provided a service, you can no longer cancel.
6.3 How to cancel. Email me at davidthomaswright@hotmail.co.uk saying you want to cancel. I will refund what you are due within 14 days of receiving your cancellation.
6.4 Moving an appointment. Please give me 48 hours’ notice if you need to move a booked session. If you give less notice, or you miss the appointment, I don’t refund it, but I will always try in good faith to rearrange it.
6.5 Series and programmes. The sessions in the Spiritual Reset Series must be used within the window on its page, and unused sessions lapse. The time in Re-Align and Re-Fuel must be used within its timeframe and doesn’t carry over. I don’t refund sessions or time you haven’t used, except as the law requires.
6.7 Nothing in these terms takes away any legal rights you have as a consumer.
7. Audio readings
7.1 An audio reading is a recording I make on my own, from the questions you submit in advance. It is not a live session, and there is no voice-note exchange.
7.2 You can submit your questions when you add the reading to your cart, or through the contact page. The clearer your questions, the better your reading. I don’t answer follow-up questions on a recording, unless 2 audio recordings have been purchased (Separately or in a package).
7.3 I deliver your reading within 5 business days, unless I say otherwise. I email you a cloud file to download and keep.
7.4 The Deluxe package includes a second reading of 30 minutes, on questions you submit after the first.
7.5 An audio reading is made specially for you. By submitting your questions, you ask me to begin work straight away, and you understand that once I have delivered the reading, you can no longer cancel.
7.6 If a file won’t download or play, please email me and I will send it again.
8. Call recordings
8.1 I sometimes record our calls to support my own notes. Recordings are a courtesy and not part of the service you are paying for. Technical problems can happen at either end of a call. If a recording fails, is incomplete or can’t be played, no refund or part-refund is due. Please record the call yourself too, wherever you can.
8.2 This applies to recordings of our calls only. It doesn’t affect the audio readings, quickfires and voice notes that I make for you as part of a service.
9. Gifts
9.1 Gifting is available for the Spiritual Reset, Spiritual Reset Series and Spiritual Audio Readings services. For all coaching packages (Re-Align & Re-Fuel, Monthly Retainer, Six Month Contract) David needs to speak with the client directly to ensure this is the best fit for them, so gifting is not available.
9.2 I will only contact the person you are gifting with your permission. A gift is for the person you name, and the same terms apply to them. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
10. How we work together
10.1 The work goes best when you come with a sincere wish for change and a willingness to take part. You choose the topics, and I guide the conversation.
10.2 I reserve the right to decline overly frequent or reactive methods of communication, and I will suggest a better one.
10.3 I may end a booking without refund if your behaviour towards me is abusive or makes the work untenable.
11. Confidentiality and privacy
11.1 What you share with me is confidential, but coaching is not a legally confidential relationship, like those of the medical and legal professions, so what you share is not protected by legal privilege.
11.2 I won’t disclose anything about you without your written consent, except where I am required by law, subpoena or court order to, where I reasonably believe there is an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to you or others, or where the matter involves illegal activity.

12. Testimonials
12.1 I won’t use your words as a testimonial without your permission. If you give it, I will use your first name only. I may shorten what you say, but I won’t change its meaning.
13. Ownership
13.1 The content of my website, and the audio recordings, affirmations and written rituals I create for you, belong to me. You may keep and use them for yourself. Please don’t share, publish, sell or use them commercially without my written consent.
13.2 Anything you share with me about your life remains yours.
14. Limits on liability
14.1 Except where these terms expressly say otherwise, I make no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind about my services.
14.2 I won’t be liable to you for any indirect, consequential or special damages. My total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid me for the service in question.
14.3 Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including your legal right to have a service provided with reasonable care and skill.
15. If something goes wrong
15.1 If you are unhappy with anything, please tell me first by email at davidthomaswright@hotmail.co.uk so I can put it right.
15.2 If we can’t resolve a dispute by agreement, we will try in good faith to mediate for up to 30 days after one of us gives notice.
16. Using this website
16.1 I try to keep the information on my website accurate, but I can’t promise that it is always complete or up to date. Links to other websites aren’t endorsements, and I am not responsible for their content.
16.2 I can’t promise that the website will always be available or free from errors.
17. If you live outside the UK
17.1 I am based in the UK. These terms still apply if you live elsewhere. Rules in your own country that protect consumers, and that can’t be set aside, still apply to you.
18. Changes and governing law
18.1 I may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to a booking are the ones in force when you made it.
18.2 [These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also be able to bring a claim in your home courts.]
